The seizure diary you can rely on

The Mate App visualizes Embrace data, enabling you to view your day at a glance. Set medication reminders and quickly get a holistic view of your daily regime including how much you’re moving and resting, your medication adherence, and any seizures that may have occurred.MATE FEATURES• Maintain an accurate seizure diary: Seizures detected by Embrace are automatically logged, and you can add any others you may experience. Add notes to seizures such as how you were feeling and what you were doing before the seizure.• Discover insights about your rest: Get detailed stats such as duration, interruptions, turns and tosses. Advanced analysis lets you see how efficient your nights rest was, and compare it with your weekly average to identify patterns. • Keep track of how much you move: Automatic activity recognition distinguishes between run, walk, and sport. You can also see the intensity of your physical activity and stats such as duration, distance, steps, and total active time.• Medication reminders: Take control of your medication management by using the medication reminders designed for people with epilepsy. Set detailed reminders so that you can remember to take your medicines on time. View all your seizure, rest and physical activity stats; alongside your medication compliance at a glance.CONNECT WITH USWeb - http://www.empatica.comFacebook - http://www.facebook.com/empaticaTwitter - @EmpaticaInstagram - @empatica_wearablesSupport - [email protected] or +1 (866) 739-2049 (Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm EST).Add location permission popup explaining why we ask location permissions.

We use Embrace2 for epilepsy. My biggest problem with this app is the 'My Medication' feature. It is awesome to be able to track the time meds are taken, but each individual dose of Medication has it's own alert and box to check off. Since my kid takes multiple meds 3 times a day...that means I have 13 alerts per day. It would be 5 stars if I could group the meds... for example AM, midday, PM since he takes multiple meds at the same time. Much more efficient instead of 13 alerts.

I wish that the app would time stamp when medication was recorded. Other than that the app is somewhat ok.

Medications need to have the option of feedback and modification. Mate's movement records and feedback are only working halfway, at most. Your servers do not know how to add any variable. Java! You need to make all seizure logging have the availability of 0 to 59 seconds and minutes. "Few" and "do not remember" are not acceptable! -- *Mate always loves to say I sleep and nothing else... Very very bad... *Excuse me, but can't you copy this and send it to Empatica Support, yourself?

I've had the Embrace2 for 2 years and have never been able to log into the Mate App. When I log in, it sends me to a completely blank/white screen - and can't do anything beyond that. I've talked to empatica, but to no avail. I am glad I am not the only one that this is happening to, however. Empatica, please fix your app!

every time you charge it you have to install/ unistall app.

2nd phone I tried this app on (LG V50) with same result. When installed, I created account, then sent me to completely blank(white) screen that's locked up. Can't do anything. Closed, reopened app, rebooted phone, all to same, locked white screen.

Medication reminder doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy S9. Tried everything customer support suggested with no luck. You can enter your med and set a reminder time, but it doesn't save. What a waste.

I've sent in a support ticket, I've been reporting daily that movement and sleep data is no longer being recorded. I've had this under a month. This Is either a bad app or faulty embrace2. I'm not paying a subscription after my trial if this not fixed, I need all its features, not just some of them. It's a very expensive product to be left broken.
